Deni Niethammer, Broker/Owner

​In 1998 I created the Hybrid MLS Listing Service to sell homes, and land, in Colorado and allow sellers to save thousands of dollars in commissions. The system is designed to provide you with all the advantages of the powerful MLS system and professional real estate expertise at a fraction of traditional real estate selling costs.

You won’t find anyone with a deeper understanding of the Hybrid MLS Listing model than the professional Realtors at The Resource Group, LLC. Our team has a unique position in the industry. For more than 24 years we have operated a successful low commission real estate company. Over those years thousands of home sellers, just like you, have saved hundreds of thousands of dollars using our Hybrid MLS program.

Experience counts! In 1998 after I saw the need for an alternative MLS service. My epiphany came before I got my real estate license. In 1997, I wanted to sell my $150,000 home in Aurora, Colorado. As the Realtor filled in his 6% commission on the listing contract, I thought to myself” Are you really worth $9,000?” That got me thinking. I was sure there was a more equitable way to work with homeowners who needed to sell, give them access to the MLS, provide services that are required by the Colorado Real Estate Commission and save them thousands of dollars in Realtor commissions. In 1998 I created The Resource Group, LLC and was among the first in Colorado, to offer low commission listings for home and land sellers.

I’ve always been interested in helping people. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, I was a Labor and Delivery RN for 23 years. I’ve has assisted in about 2,500 births in Colorado and North Carolina.

Kathy Haas

I am a Colorado native and have lived throughout our beautiful state. I spent over 25 years building, remodeling, and selling homes before I decided to get my real estate license and share my knowledge and experience with customers. My extensive knowledge of mountain communities, land acquisition, water rights and the hundreds of homes I have sold in this competitive market give me an edge that many other agents do not possess. I am passionate  about Real Estate, my family, friends and the many outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer. I pride myself on personal attention to detail with every client that I take on whether they are buying or selling. My involvement in the market activity throughout the state enables me to give my clients a strong perspective of regional trends and provides a sense of comfort while navigating the Real Estate process. Stephanie Jakob


My love for real estate started when I won my first home in a HUD auction in 1992. Since then I’ve been involved in 12 of my own personal real estate transactions.  Being both a buyer and seller in up and down real estate markets, I know how stressful it can be.  I strive to give my clients the knowledge, communication and assurance they need to arrive at a successful closing.

After moving to Colorado in 1986, I lived and worked all along the front range so I am familiar with many parts of Colorado.  I currently reside in Tabernash, near Winter Park Resort and enjoy skiing, mountain biking and hiking in my spare time.   My professional background is in advertising, marketing and entrepreneurship.  I have started four successful businesses in Colorado and enjoy the excitement of bringing a good idea to life.  My professional experience comes in handy while I am helping a client realize their goals with one of the largest assets in their lives.  Tell me what you want to achieve in the real estate selling or buying process and together we will make it happen.
